Traditional Thai Massage
Thai massage is an ancient art with its roots in Yoga, Ayurveda and Oriental Medicine. Thai Massage is done fully clothed on a Futon mattress. Most of the stretches are performed lying down with a short period of sitting. By alternating between rhythmical palm presses, thumb presses and the feet, the desired release of muscle tension can be achieved. The whole body is massaged and the main Zen line is always worked (comparable to the Meridians of Chinese). Each massage is tailored in consideration to individual circumstances and any conditions or imbalances being treated.
